Booking policies
These launch policies are designed to reduce friction for new clients while the salon is building volume, reviews, and repeat bookings.
Launch rules
The current strategy is easy booking, no cancellation fee during launch, automated reminders, and in-person service payment after the appointment is completed.
Appointments may be requested up to 180 days in advance. BeautifulClawz books Monday through Saturday, with the latest client start at 6 PM Monday-Friday and 4 PM Saturday. Longer services may require an earlier start so the appointment can be completed safely and comfortably.
BeautifulClawz is currently set up for clients to pay in person after the service is completed. Online booking is used to organize appointments, reminders, and client flow, not to collect service payment upfront.
During the launch and growth phase, BeautifulClawz does not charge a cancellation fee for rescheduling or canceling inside 24 hours. Clients are still asked to give as much notice as possible so the appointment time can be offered to someone else.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may receive a shortened service or need to reschedule. The goal is to protect the next appointment while keeping the booking experience welcoming.
Existing lash or nail work from another provider may require consultation, removal, or a full reset before BeautifulClawz can safely continue the service.
BeautifulClawz is positioned as a private appointment-only studio. Exact address details can be shared after booking confirmation when address privacy is enabled.
Products
The service business and product recommendation business should be treated separately. Service payment happens in person, while affiliate product purchases happen through third-party stores.
