These draft policies are ready to refine with the owner, then copy into the booking provider, confirmation texts, FAQs, and event inquiry flow.
Draft rules
These policies can go live as placeholders once the owner approves them. Exact fees, deposits, and cancellation windows should match the connected booking provider.
Appointments may be requested up to 180 days in advance. BeautifulClawz books Monday through Saturday, with the latest client start at 6 PM Monday-Friday and 4 PM Saturday. Longer services may require an earlier start so the appointment can be completed safely and comfortably.
A deposit may be required for full sets, packages, event services, and longer appointments. Deposits should be applied toward the appointment balance unless the client cancels late, no-shows, or violates the provider policy.
Clients should reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment. Event and bridal bookings may require a longer cancellation window because the time block is larger and harder to replace.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may receive a shortened service or need to reschedule. The full appointment price may still apply if the provider cannot complete the service because of late arrival.
Existing lash or nail work from another provider may require consultation, removal, or a full reset before BeautifulClawz can safely continue the service.
BeautifulClawz is positioned as a private appointment-only studio. Exact address details can be shared after booking confirmation when address privacy is enabled.
Products
The service business and product business should be treated differently. Beauty service receipts are generally not taxable in Florida, while tangible retail products are.
